We have now decided to use our expertise to provide a Travel Consultancy service for independent travellers by arranging tours direct with the Tour Operator in the country concerned. This enables the tour to be sold at a greatly reduced price but still maintaining the high standards we have always provided.
We are a small independent specialised Travel Consultancy with many years of experience of arranging tailor made trips in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. We previously operated as Gateway to India & Asia.
We provide a high quality service to independent travellers both before you travel and in the country you are visiting. Based on our experience we suggest itineraries and provide quotations for trips, hotels and sightseeing. An Acceptance Payment is payable to us when you are happy with the proposed arrangements and accept the quotation. The tour operator in your chosen country will make the arrangements and your contract will be with that operator. For your financial protection payment for the tour will be in two installments directly to the operator. The first payment will be by bank transfer or credit card eight weeks before departure. The second will be on arrival at your destination by credit card or cash.
